I don't make it very often, but when I do you better believe we never have any leftovers!
Here's my version of mini meatloaves!
Enjoy!

two- grease your muffin tins & place a spoonful in each tin
three- bake at 350* F for 35 minutes
four- serve & enjoy :)

  1. My husband loves meatloaf (and also does the Will Ferrell scene from Wedding Crashers every time I make it as well) but I have never tried to do them like this. I may give it a shot!

  18. Your blog looks great!! My mom makes mini meatloafs, but she just puts them on a rack instead of the muffin pan. I should tell her to try it this way!!

  19. I'm ALWAYS changing up my meatloaf recipes-- I love to do "everything but the kitchen sink" meatloaf.. my meatloaf always has onions, so that's a given. But you can put chopped garlic stuff olives, whole grain ritz crackers, peppers (I like some color), carrots, and some sweet baby rays bbq sauce.. and basically anything you want, of course with egg-- and it's so much fun to change it up. I'm always making shapes out of my meatloaf too. I'm known for making heart shapes ;)
